As a Client Advisor, you will assist clients in selecting fine jewelry pieces for their special occasions, deliver exceptional customer service, and build strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include maintaining client satisfaction, providing personalized attention, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting the sale of insurance policies. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall success of the showroom by ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.QualificationsStrong Client Relations and focus on ensuring Customer SatisfactionExcellent Communication and Customer Service skillsExperience or knowledge of Insurance as it pertains to jewelryProven ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationshipsAttention to detail and a passion for fine jewelry and luxury retailAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team in a retail environmentPrior experience in sales or customer-focused roles is an advantageHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional training in jewelry or sales is a plus
