Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to support a high-volume Orthopedic clinic. This role functions as a key member of the patient care team, assisting with both clinical and front-desk responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient service.Job Type -Temp to HireLocation-Redwood city ,CA, Palo Alto ,CAPay - 30/HR- 40/HRKey Responsibilities:Patient rooming, vital signs, medication and vaccine administrationAssist with procedures, specimen collection, POC testing, EKGsPrescription refills and CRM/In-Basket message managementPatient check-in/check-out and appointment schedulingReferral coordination and service authorizationsCollect patient demographics, insurance verification, and paymentsMaintain exam room readiness and clinic suppliesAct as patient liaison and provide high-level customer serviceRequirements: High School Diploma or GEDMedical Assistant Certificate (required)BLS certification (required)Orthopedic experience preferredAbility to manage a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environmentStrong communication, documentation, and customer service skillsPay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
