Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Overland Park, KS for a Customer Sales Specialist. The role involves assisting customers in their car-buying journey by conducting consultations, understanding their needs, and matching them with vehicles that best meet their preferences. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, meeting sales goals, and delivering a seamless, customer-centered experience. Additional duties may include following up with customers, maintaining knowledge of inventory, and participating in ongoing sales training. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.Proficiency in Sales practices, including meeting sales targets and building customer relationships.Analytical Skills for assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate options.Ability to participate in and utilize Training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or a related field is beneficial.Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
