Eco University - Plumbing

Welcome to Eco University! Joining is completely free, and we take care of all the training and certification costs. Right now, we offer Plumbing and HVAC programs, and we’re excited to add Electrical soon! Our Plumbing Apprenticeship Program Our Plumbing Apprenticeship is an 16-week, paid training program designed to help you build a strong foundation for a successful plumbing career. Apprentices start at $18/hour while attending Eco University. Upon graduation, pay increases to $20/hour, with opportunities for performance bonuses. As you continue to develop new skills and take on more complex work, you’ll earn additional pay raises along the way. The program is divided into three 6-week phases: Weeks 1–6: Hands-on training learning parts, tools, and operational excellence. Completing OSHA will be amongst the first tasks. Weeks 7–12: Classroom and lab instruction at Eco University to deepen technical knowledge. Weeks 13–16: Field experience alongside our expert technicians, applying everything you’ve learned in real-world situations. By the end of the program, apprentices are equipped with the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive in the plumbing trade. We’re proud to invest in our students’ success and ask for the same commitment in return. After graduating from Eco University, apprentices agree to stay on as technicians for two years, building their skills and advancing their careers with us.
