EGVC Resource Attorney (Professional Track)

This Resource Attorney will be a member of the Corporate group and will work closely with partners and leadership in the Emerging Growth & Venture Capital (EGVC) practice. This role supports the practices corporate resource strategy and initiatives by developing and maintaining core practice assets, improving workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and client service. This position can sit in any of our U.S. offices and is eligible for remote work. Responsibilities. Develops, implements, and regularly updates the EGVC practices corporate resource plan in partnership with practice leadership, aligned with the practices strategic, business, and legal needs. Curates, creates, maintains, and distributes precedent collections, forms, checklists, playbooks, and other substantive practice content.
