About The RoleWe are hiring an Application & Cloud Security Engineer to secure our Applications & cloud environments, and CI/CD pipelines used in FinTech and blockchain platforms. This role is ideal for candidates transitioning into DevSecOps and cloud-native security.Key ResponsibilitiesSecure web applications against vulnerabilitiesImplement application security best practices (OWASP Top 10)Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, secret scanning, image scanning)Manage cloud security controls across AWS/Azure/GCPWork on IAM, RBAC, and identity securityConduct application vulnerability assessments and remediation supportSecure APIs, authentication systems, and backend servicesCollaborate with DevOps and engineering teams for DevSecOps implementationAssist in securing blockchain components (nodes, wallets, APIs)Maintain security documentation and audit evidenceSupport ISO 27001 and compliance processesMust-Have Qualifications8+ years in application security, cloud security, or DevSecOpsExperience securing MERN stack applicationsStrong knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practicesHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Understanding of API security, authentication, and authorizationExperience with security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA)Knowledge of IAM and cloud identity systemsBasic scripting (Python, Bash)Nice-to-HaveExperience with container/Kubernetes securityExposure to blockchain security conceptsFamiliarity with tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Prisma Cloud, AquaCertifications like CEH, AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, CISSPWhy Join UsOpportunity to work on secure application architecture in FinTechHands-on experience with DevSecOps and cloud-native securityClear growth path toward Cloud Security Engineer / DevSecOps Lead
