As we rapidly expand across the country, both organically and through partnerships with like-minded managed IT service providers (MSPs), we remain committed to identifying the best talent available to play a crucial role in transforming IT services for our clients.Job SummaryThe Associate Account Manager (AAM) is responsible for assisting Account Managers (AMs), Account Executives (AEs), and Senior Account Executives (SAEs) in their role of providing service to existing customers while learning the AM role.Job ResponsibilitiesLearn the function of the AM role through On the Job Training (OJT) and assisting other AMs, AEs, and SAEs in preparing proposals for customers, setting up project plans, and other tasks necessary to provide service to customer accounts.Order equipment and software for AMs, AEs, and SAEs as needed to fulfill customer requests for proposals.Become proficient in email management and organization.Become proficient in navigating ConnectWise and managing various types of tickets.Work to gain overall understanding and knowledge of technology and Integris Financial Institution Division services.Learn the Integris FID culture and the importance of the customer experience.Perform any other tasks as required for the AM position.Bill 35-40 hours/month by the third month of employment and 40-45 hours/month by the sixth month of employment.Study and prepare for Account Manager Exam, and pass the exam within 6 to 9 months of the start date.Job QualificationsProject management experience a plus.Sales experience a plus.Basic IT skills a plus.Strong organizational skills required.Strong written and verbal skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.Promote a positive image of Integris FID.At Integris, we value our team members and offer comprehensive benefits, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401K Retirement PlanMinimum 4 Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)Birthday PTOPaid HolidaysPaid Time Off for VolunteeringShort-Term and Long-Term Disability InsuranceLife InsuranceSupplemental InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramJoin us in shaping the future of IT services while making a positive impact on our clients and communities.Integris is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
