This role offers a unique chance to take ownership of a growing region and play a key part in shaping its long-term success.We Operate In:Mission Critical and Data CentersAviationAdvanced ManufacturingWhat You Will DoDesign and document complex, medium to large building structures across multiple sectorsLead and manage design teams in collaboration with senior leadership and project stakeholdersOversee full project delivery including calculations, documentation, and stampingPerform and review structural analysis using hand calculations and modeling toolsCoordinate structural detailing, material selection, and multidisciplinary integrationEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budgetConduct site visits, respond to RFIs, review shop drawings, and prepare reportsServe as a technical point of contact for clients and support relationship developmentContribute to business development through networking and proposal supportParticipate in internal training, peer reviews, and process improvement initiativesMonitor project performance, including financials and billing supportWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from an EAC/ABET accredited program (required); Master's degree required.Must hold an active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the state of residence, with structural designationMinimum of 6 years of experience in building design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role; or a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experienceStrong experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and wood designProficiency in RAM Structural System or Tekla Structural Designer, Revit, and BIM 360Advanced knowledge of structural codes and design standardsProven leadership and project management experienceStrong communication and client-facing skillsExperience managing project financials and team coordinationCommitment to mentoring, innovation, and continuous improvement
