About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Security Installation & Integration to lead end-to-end delivery of physical security projects including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, structured cabling, and integrated security platforms.This role is responsible for managing multiple projects from award through final commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in security integration environments and understands field operations, subcontractor coordination, and client-facing project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full project lifecycle from kickoff through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecastsCoordinate internal technicians, subcontractors, and vendorsLead site meetings and client communicationReview system designs, drawings, and submittalsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and site requirementsTrack change orders and manage scope controlOversee procurement of materials and equipmentEnsure systems are installed per manufacturer and engineering specificationsManage commissioning, testing, and client trainingDeliver final documentation including as-builts and closeout packagesSystems & Technologies (Preferred Experience)Access Control (Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Avigilon, Brivo, etc.)IP Video Surveillance (Milestone, Avigilon, Genetec, etc.)Intrusion Detection SystemsIntercom / Entry SystemsStructured Cabling & Low Voltage InfrastructureNetwork-connected security devicesIntegration with IT infrastructureRequired Qualifications3–7+ years of project management experience in security installation or low voltage integrationStrong understanding of physical security systemsExperience managing field technicians and subcontractorsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsExperience managing budgets and cost trackingExcellent client communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPreferred QualificationsPMP Certification (or working toward it)PSP, CPP, or security industry certificationsOSHA certificationExperience in commercial, healthcare, education, or government projectsSkillsLeadership and team coordinationProblem-solving and conflict resolutionRisk managementVendor negotiationScheduling (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)Strong documentation and reporting skillsWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryHealth benefits401(k)Paid time offCareer growth opportunities in a rapidly growing security integration environmentABOUT PATHWAY TECHNOLOGIES, INC.: Founded in 2008, Pathway Technologies, Inc. is a full-service electronic systems integrator that specializes in the design, installation, service, and support of the latest network, electronic security, audio-visual and healthcare technologies.
