In addition to laying the foundation of the team, the Client Partner will be responsible for prospecting and establishing net-new partnerships with key brands and ensuring they meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.As Reddit continues to grow, we are looking for a talented individual to help build on our momentum and shape the future of B2B within our US Mid-Market Services team. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of fast-growing B2B advertisers across SaaS, Finance, and emerging categories, sitting at the center of our next chapter of growth. You'll own relationships across your book of business, driving both new customer acquisition and expansion through strategic partnerships—while helping define how B2B is sold, positioned, and scaled across Reddit.Please note that this role is required to work in-person from our New York office 1-2 days per week.Core ResponsibilitiesProspect into and collaborate with prospective customers to deliver Reddit solutions that help achieve those customers' marketing and business goalsEstablish new relationships, acquire new clients (both direct and agency-driven), and bring them onto the platform in a way that sets them up for long-term successIdentify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to closeCollaborate with Account Managers to create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between your customer base and RedditAct as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigorCommunicate feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products to advocate for customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiencyQualifications4-7 years of experience in digital media with at least 1-3 years of experience in salesHigh familiarity with sales tools for research, prospecting, prioritization, and client outreach at scaleA hunger for identifying, prospecting, and closing new businessAbility to manage a book of business greater than 30 accountsSubject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertisingPositive outlook, team playerDemonstrated high achievement against sales targetsMotivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environmentsBA / BS degree or equivalent work experienceComprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs401(k) with Employer MatchGlobal Benefit programs that fit your lifestyle, from workspace to professional development to caregiving supportFamily Planning SupportMental Health & Coaching BenefitsPay TransparencyThis job posting may span more than one career level. In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and will also be eligible to receive a commission.
