Job description Location: Silver Springs, MD (100% Remote) Compensation: $48 - $50 per hour (1099 role with bonus potential) About Us: We are a reputable organization near Silver Springs, dedicated to providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults. We are currently seeking a Therapist to join our tele-therapy team. This role is entirely remote, conducted via a HIPAA-compliant video service. The Therapist will manage a caseload of approximately 30 clients and collaborate with a Clinical Director. Our clients typically present with anxiety, depression, or ADHD diagnoses. Responsibilities: As a Therapist, you will: Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy to clients, tailored to their unique needs, promoting optimal functioning. Collaboratively create Individual Treatment Plans, OMS Surveys, and other required assessments within specified timeframes. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all services provided, adhering to agency policies. Participate in individual and/or group clinical supervision sessions as determined by the program supervisor. Qualifications: Must hold a valid Maryland state license (LMSW, LCSW-C, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT) to provide counseling services. Independent and flexible work style is preferred. rLtdEI9VBi
