Sr Account Specialist

Sr. Account Specialist is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team where your attention to detail and ability to connect the dots across departments will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the key link between sales, production, and customers, this role offers the chance to take ownership of contracts, streamline fulfillment, and ensure everything runs seamlessly from order to delivery.Responsibilities:Partner closely with the sales team to support customer contracts and long-term relationshipsManage and interpret sales contracts, ensuring all terms and specifications are executed accuratelyCoordinate order fulfillment and production planning based on contract requirementsAct as the primary liaison between sales and production to ensure smooth executionMonitor order progress and proactively communicate updates or issuesSupport customers by understanding export processes and requirementsEnsure orders are entered, released, and fulfilled accurately and on timeIdentify opportunities to improve fulfillment and order management processesRequirements:Experience in customer fulfillment, contract management, sales support, logistics, or similarWorking knowledge of export processes (documentation experience not required)Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage contract-driven workExcellent communication skills and a relationship-focused mindsetHighly organized with strong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating internal systemsAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionallyThis is a great opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you’ll play a critical part in delivering on customer expectations and driving operational excellence.
