Assemble mechanical parts per work instructions and customer specifications. Inspect parts and identify defects Inspect assembled components and identify defects or quality issues. Operate hand tools and basic assembly equipment safely and effectively. Read and follow production labels, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned by department leadership. Preferred Background. High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Team-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic. Physical Requirements. Ability to stand between 8 and 10 hours per day and walk up to 5 hours per day.
