Job Title: Helpdesk Data Entry AnalystLocation: Indianapolis IN, 46204Duration: 10+ Months**Hybrid -onsite 3 days per week and 2 days remote****1st round webcam interview and final round In-person Interview**Job Description:The Helpdesk Data Entry Analyst plays a critical role in supporting public health initiatives by ensuring accurate and timely data entry while providing exceptional customer service.This position serves as a key link between technology and end-users, assisting healthcare stakeholders in resolving system-related issues. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data entry, customer service, and at health data.The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, a systems and workflows.Key Responsibilities:Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies, and internal use system functionality.Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and incorrect merges in the immunizationUtilize data tools and matching algorithms to identify and correct data integrity issuesDocument all support interactions in the ticketing system and maintain accurate logsProvide guidance to users on best practices for data entry and record management.Assist in testing system updates and enhancements.Skills:Experience in a helpdesk or healthcare support roleExperience with deduplication tools, data matching, or record linkage techniquesExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesKnowledgeable with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem solving skillsFamiliarity with immunization information systems (Nice to have)Experience working with state or local public health departments (Nice to have)Understanding of HIPAA and data privacy regulations (Nice to have)
