Bgesh is seeking a highly skilled and licensed Carpenter to join our team in North Idaho to be responsible for constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures made from wood, metal, drywall, and other materials. This role supports new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects by interpreting plans, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards, and completing tasks efficiently and accurately. The Carpenter works independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality craftsmanship in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program preferred
Minimum of 2–5 years of professional carpentry experience (commercial, residential, or industrial)
Experience with framing, finish carpentry, and general construction preferred
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Construction Safety Certification (preferred)
NCCER Carpentry Certification (preferred)
Proven experience with residential and commercial systems.
Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently without daily oversight
Abilit to troubleshoot issues on site
Ability to coordinate with other trades
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to North Idaho
DUTIES:
Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, ceilings, and trim
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and work orders
Perform framing, drywall installation, finishing, and general carpentry tasks
Inspect work to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project requirements
Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and other trades on job sites
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Identify and report material or structural issues to leadership
Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and quality standards
Other duties as assigned.
