Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Educator Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/20/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel RN Travel Job – Educator (L&D / OR Circulator – C-Sections) Location: Pittsfield, MA Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days – 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts) Hours: 48 hrs/week Role Overview RN Educator in Family Birthplace (Labor & Delivery) Focus on training staff in OR circulation for C-sections Develop and support clinical education programs Ensure competency in perioperative obstetric procedures STRICT Requirements ⚠️ 3 years RN Educator experience (Perinatal REQUIRED) Must have strong L&D OR Circulating (C-sections) experience ❌ Straight L&D nurses NOT accepted Certifications (Must be in hand at submission) BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) NRP NS About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
