This role is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective execution of maintenance work, providing a critical interface between Maintenance and Operations while managing both internal resources and external service contracts. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing, and enhance modern life. In this role, you will:Supervise the Maintenance Department and its function including Lubrizol employees and contractors on site.Lead and Model safety-first and best practice behavior.Provide On-Call troubleshooting of Plant equipment issues / problems.Lead, communicate, coordinate, and collaborate with all of our departments especially our operations shifts.Assist in Maintenance planning; parts inventory and ordering; budget .Coordinate & supervise external service vendors.Communicate through meetings, Maintenance Tier Meeting & Plant Tier Meeting.Required Qualifications That Enable Your SuccessHigh School diploma or GED or equivalent.10+ years of experience in a Chemical manufacturing/processing facilities.Experience with safe maintenance practices for Process Safety Managed (PSM) facilities.Experience with and working knowledge of chemical facility equipment including reactors, filtration systems, and instrumentation.
