There is also the option of full time on-site or hybrid remote and on-site working.Reporting to a Portfolio Manager the position holder will have primary responsibility for delivery of a series of Product Development Projects in the Integrated Systems Group (ISG) within the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine Business Unit. The Senior Project Manager is a prominent Project Management role with TE and the position holder will drive the successful performance of multiple high profile/value projects following defined methods & processes to achieve commercial and efficiency targets set by the business.Global Travel is possible up to 10% of the time (when customers and restrictions allow)This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). We believe EVERY CONNECTION COUNTS - www.TE.com.Job ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of Project Management from project inception to completionWorking with global multi-disciplinary teams to engineer and manufacture products in a highly regulated environmentRisk Management and leadership of Risk Assessment activitiesDevelopment and maintenance of the Project Business Case alongside the Business OfficeDevelopment of detailed project schedules and resource plans, using the input of cross-functional stakeholders.Reporting on Project status and being accountable for project progress against the PlanEscalation of issues as applicable and utilisation of project change controlsManaging and being accountable for a project budgetLiaising with the Procurement function to ensure timely acquisition of goods and materials in support of project executionBeing the TE focal-point for customer-driven projectsContribution to functional and business-wide Continuous Improvement effortsAbout YouWhat your background should look like The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience over multiple contiguous projects including those within a regulated field.
