Overnight Kitchen Cleaner // 10:00pm to 5:00am Looking for dependable, hard working, honest people. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as work independently. Kitchen Cleaning Duties: Move bins and trash cans outside. Boil hot water for cleaning. Sweep floors. Move equipment,counters, etc. and sweep behind. Wash and soap floors. Apply floor cleaning chemicals and scrub floors. Wipe down stainless steel and walls. Walls behind equipment, splashes, etc. Side walls of refrigeration and equipment. Clean equipment. (Stove, chef base, grill, pizza oven, ovens, etc.) Ovens, hoods, and stove are to be done once per week. Other pieces of equipment are to be done daily. Rinse floors. Mop floors. Vacuum floors. (Remove all water and particles.) Mop floors 2nd pass.Apply pest control chemicals. Put away chemicalsClean, wipe down, and put away equipment in proper storage area .Dump hot water pot. Return equipment to original placement .Move bins and trash cans back inside .Make sure all doors are locked and closed. Other misc. duties include: Carpet cleaning. Minor maintenance Vacuuming. Etc.
