Floor Supervisor

Libbey’s is hiring an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team. This position will assist the AGM with the daily operations of Libbey’s. This position will direct and organize the restaurant staff to ensure first class service; as well as guaranteeing guest satisfaction. Supervising the floor during meal periods to ensure that all standards and steps of service are met through all guests’ interactions. Ensuring that checklists, requisitions and proper opening and closing functions are being completed each shift. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear direction to the staff. Training will be the highest priority. Must establish new culture and guidelines to maximize the guest experience through all front of house positions. Interact positively with customers and resolve problems. Move throughout the facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met.
