This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and clinical education, translating strategy into field-ready execution that drives utilization and revenue across dermatology, plastic surgery, and med spa channels.This is not a pure “brand” role—this is a hands-on, sales-aligned marketing position focused on enabling growth in a competitive, procedure-driven market.Key Responsibilities:Downstream Marketing & Commercial ExecutionLead development and execution of go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and product launchesBuild and deploy sales enablement tools (pitch decks, ROI calculators, before/after programs, consult tools)Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue and utilization goalsTranslate clinical data and product features into compelling, physician-focused messagingHCP Marketing & EngagementDevelop and execute physician (HCP) marketing strategies across dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetic practicesSupport KOL strategy, advisory boards, and speaker programsLead presence at key congresses (e.g., American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Annual Meeting)Partner with clinical and training teams to deliver education-driven marketing programsCross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with sales, clinical, regulatory, and product teams to align messaging and executionAct as the voice of the customer, bringing insights from the field into marketing strategySupport lifecycle management and continuous optimization of campaigns and programsQualifications:Min. 7-10 years of Marketing experience within Medical Device Aesthetics, Dermatology, or closely related HCP-driven industriesProven experience in downstream or commercial marketing (not just upstream strategy)Ownership of brand experienceStrong track record of supporting sales teams and driving revenue-impacting initiativesExperience working with or marketing to physicians (HCPs)Demonstrated ability to execute across multiple channels: field, digital, events, and trainingOffering:Base Salary $150,000 - $175,000+ (based on years of industry experience)Bonus Potential 15%Full Benefits Package, 401K, StockTravel expenses coveredDirect Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
