About the Role: We are looking for a polished, experienced, and service-oriented Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury or upscale hospitality and the ability to create a warm, elegant, and seamless first impression for every guest. As the face of our restaurant and cigar lounge, the Hostess is responsible for greeting guests with professionalism and charm, managing reservations, coordinating table flow, and ensuring an exceptional welcome experience from the moment guests arrive. What You'll Do: Greet guests and answer calls warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere Manage reservations and waitlists using advanced booking systems Coordinate smooth seating flow between lounge and dining areas Provide guests with accurate wait times and answer questions with elegance Communicate closely with management, servers, and floor team Support VIP arrivals, private events, and special occasions Maintain an impeccable appearance of the host stand and entrance Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience in upscale hospitality or luxury venues Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and polished demeanor Calm and confident under pressure with excellent multitasking abilities Expert using reservation platforms like 7rooms, OpenTable and Resy Knowledge or interest in fine dining, cigars, or luxury nightlife culture (preferred) Miami-based, flexible schedule including nights/weekends
