Our commitment is to provide a product and service experience that stands out from anything else in the area. Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Morning Barista to join our team. While your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, you’ll also be expected to assist with preparing alcoholic beverages and helping run food as needed. This role is perfect for someone who loves coffee, enjoys engaging with customers, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty beverages. Occasionally prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met. Assist with running food to tables and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, bar area, and seating area. Operate and maintain coffee and bar equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and drink mixers. Assist in restocking and inventory management for coffee, alcohol, and related products. Uphold our high standards for product quality and customer service. Create a welcoming and positive environment for customers and team members. Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso-based beverages, and basic cocktail preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work morning shifts, including weekends.
