We are open to experienced recruiters or individuals changing careers that are looking for a sales driven role.ResponsibilitiesSource quality candidates for our clients using multiple recruiting toolsConduct interviews via phone or in-person to gain a deep understanding of a candidate's experience and career goals.Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsAssist the sales team with client meetingsServe as contact person for questions from candidatesBecome an expert in healthcare revenue cycleQualificationsBachelor's degreeEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-energy and passionDemonstrated ability to meet quotasThis position is a hybrid schedule. Candidate must be willing to work 3 days in office.
