We operate with high autonomy, direct accountability, and zero bureaucracy. We value commercial drive, transparency, and execution over traditional corporate credentials.Role Overview: We are seeking a commercially sharp, self-directed Commodity Trader to take ownership of our expanding physical commodities desk. In this position, you will lead trading operations across both hard commodities (metals and minerals like copper and nickel) and soft/agricultural commodities (such as sesame seeds, avocado oil, and dried fruits). You will be stepping into a high-growth environment built from ground zero.
