Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ, for a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising project teams, monitoring safety standards, managing project budgets, ensuring adherence to schedules, and implementing effective project controls. Qualifications Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to effectively manage teams and oversee construction operationsCapability in Budgeting and resource allocation to oversee project financesKnowledge and practice of Construction Safety protocols and compliance standardsStrong expertise in Construction processes, including design, coordination, and executionAbility to manage Project Control systems, timelines, and deliverablesSolid communication and organizational skillsExperience in MEP systems or high-tech facility construction is a plusBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction/project management roles
