Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional millwork solutions in the heart of Los Alamitos, CA.Responsibilities:Analyze project specifications and prepare accurate estimates for doors and windows.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design intent is met.Review and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Maintain and update pricing databases for materials and labor.Communicate with suppliers to gather quotes and availability of materials.Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and contract documents.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.Requirements:Proven experience as an estimator in the millwork or construction industry.Strong knowledge of door and window products and installation processes.Proficiency in estimating software, the Excel, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications or licenses in construction estimating are a plus.About Us:SPACE PRODUCT MILLWORK has been a trusted name in custom millwork solutions for over 7 years.
