Mechanical EngineerLocation: Quincy, MassachusettsType: ContractJob #87598Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Mechanical Engineer position that has just opened in Quincy, MA. In this role, you will support the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies for advanced autonomous subsea systems and vehicles. You will work with cross-functional engineering teams to support design, prototyping, integration, and testing of mission-critical hardware. To be considered, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field, 5+ years of experience (or Master's with 3+ years), and an active DoD Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.Location: Quincy, MAPosition: Mechanical Engineer (Contract)Contract: 12 - 24 months with possibility of going directPay: $63.96 per hourShift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:The Mechanical Engineer will support the design and development of mechanical systems for autonomous subsea platforms.
