Join us and help shape the experiences that make Milwaukee unforgettable.Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and professional CDL Bus Driver to operate our shuttle service based in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and ensure safe, timely, and friendly transportation for guests to and from designated locations, including sporting events, downtown destinations, and partner locations.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate a 15–27 passenger shuttle bus in compliance with all local and state traffic lawsPick up and drop off guests at designated stops with a focus on punctuality and customer serviceConduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issuesKeep the interior and exterior of the shuttle clean and presentableCommunicate with management regarding route changes, guest concerns, or delaysMaintain a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude at all timesAssist passengers as needed, including helping those with limited mobilityFollow all company policies and procedures related to transportation and safetyRequirements:Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with passenger endorsement (CDL-P)Clean driving record and background check + drug screenAbility to work nights and weekendsPrior experience driving a shuttle or commercial vehicle preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and courteous in high-traffic or busy situationsMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and event days (especially game days)Compensation:Competitive hourly pay based on experiencePotential for tipsOpportunities for additional shifts during events and peak seasons
