Restaurant Manager

*Job Summary* We are seeking to add another Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and optimizing profits. *Responsibilities* - Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations - Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations - Train and develop staff members - Manage inventory control and ordering supplies - Monitor food production and quality - Implement strategies to meet sales targets *Requirements* - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Knowledge of food management processes - Ability to manage shifts effectively - Excellent customer service skills - Proficient in inventory control and cost management - Previous experience as a cook or in food production is a plus. other responsibilities may include: Food Order. Putting away Food Orders. Bar Order. Weekly Schedule.
