Service Supervisor
Service Supervisor, responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and managing service delivery in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize customer satisfaction by executing commitments on maintenance and service agreements
Supervise Service Coordinators and Program Administrators in service delivery
Support onboarding of new customers and manage resources, costs, and quality assurance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of field service, project management, or relevant engineering experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience is preferred
Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare industries is a plus
Advanced financial analytical skills, including cost control
