Spanish Bilingual Voice Agent

Receive and process customer orders from U.S. and Canada via inbound phone calls, entering orders accurately into the order entry system Actively listen, problem solve, and resolve customer inquiries and issues to satisfaction Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Customer Financial Services, Customer Relations, and Distribution Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, and product feedback using appropriate systems and reference materials Perform data entry tasks and other administrative duties as required Ensure strict adherence to customer service procedures, departmental standards, and quality expectations Follow Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and support departmental safety objectives Education, Training & Experience High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred Fluent in English AND Spanish or French 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, within th...Spanish, Bilingual, Agent, Customer Experience, Customer Service, Healthcare, Education, Staffing
