In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and help drive sales through effective communication and product demonstrations. Duties - Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. - Communicate product features and benefits effectively to enhance customer understanding. - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register and POS system. - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and inventory levels to provide informed recommendations. - Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing, discounts, and inventory management. - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
