This role is essential to maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional office environment while supporting multiple business divisions, including shared services and customer-facing teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative setting, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.Job DescriptionThe Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to executives, managers, and cross-functional teams. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting internal coordination across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiriesProvide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense trackingCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including postal and interoffice distributionMaintain and order office supplies and ensure overall office organizationSupport coordination of meetings, events, meals, and company recognition activitiesAssist with managing shared meeting spaces and office workflowCommunicate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely information sharingDirect inbound and outbound deliveries and collaborate with shipping and purchasing teams as neededPromote a safe work environment by following established procedures and reporting concernsPerform additional administrative and operational tasks as assignedQualificationsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of administrative or office support experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions within established guidelinesAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitudeCapability to perform physical tasks such as light lifting (up to 20 lbs), and extended periods of sittingPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting multiple departments or teams within a professional environmentBenefitsDahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
