Full Stack Engineer

Salary: $160,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements: We require strong proficiency in React 16.8+ and hooks, with the ability to build responsive, user-friendly interfaces. We need advanced Python expertise for reliable backend development. We require experience with Flask or similar web frameworks. We need solid SQL skills, ideally with MySQL, including the ability to write complex queries and manage data efficiently. We prefer candidates with strong data manipulation and API development capabilities. We value experience or familiarity with the healthcare industry, especially handling healthcare-related data. We prefer knowledge of cloud deployment platforms such as AWS or Heroku. We value exposure to AI and machine learning tools, including LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT. We require at least 5 years of software development experience, with substantial full-stack project work. We look for people who can work both independently and collaboratively. We seek candidates who are comfortable tackling complex problems and delivering innovative solutions. We want someone who is proactive, hands-on, and able to take initiative in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities: We design, build, and maintain dynamic front-end experiences and efficient backend services. We create and support RESTful APIs with an emphasis on scalability and security. We extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to improve product capabilities and the user experience. We maintain high engineering standards through testing, code review, and debugging. We proactively troubleshoot technical challenges and contribute across the full development lifecycle. We stay current with emerging technologies and apply them where they add value. We work closely with our founders to refine and expand our product offerings. We collaborate with domain experts and former Y Combinator founders to advance our platform.
