You'll lead a growing team, drive market expansion, and align local initiatives with global strategy. Your work will directly impact the company's growth trajectory in the U.S. while strengthening its position as a leader in low-flow measurement and control solutions.Responsibilities include:Lead, coach, and develop a cross-functional U.S. teamFoster a strong, performance-driven and people-oriented company cultureDefine and execute business plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with global strategyDrive sales growth through customer engagement, channel management, and key accountsExpand service and assembly capabilities in collaboration with global teamsIdentify market trends and new business opportunities, turning insights into actionEnsure compliance with local regulations, HR policies, and corporate standardsRepresent the organization with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersManage full P&L responsibility and overall operational performanceTravel up to 50% domestically and internationally as neededRequirements and Qualifications:Recent P&L or general management experiencePrior experience in the flow measurement & control or industrial instrumentation space (e.g., Emerson, Krohne, Endress+Hauser, Siemens, or similar)Great, hands-on leadership styleExperience working with international organizations, ideally with European headquartersExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsHigh integrity, decisiveness, and ability to perform under pressureAbout the Hiring Company:Our client is a stable, family-owned global leader in precision low-flow instrumentation.
