IT Applications Manager

Alexander Technology Group is seeking an IT Applications Manager for our client in southern NH. The IT Applications Manager is a hands-on technology leader responsible for evaluating, implementing, and supporting business-driven IT solutions across the organization. This role blends IT leadership, project management, and application support, serving as a bridge between business users and enterprise IT services provided by the parent company. The position focuses on improving operations through practical technology solutions, leading end-to-end IT projects, supporting business applications and reporting tools, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring strong communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.Key ExpectationsLead the evaluation, implementation, and support of IT applications and operational technology solutionsManage technology projects from planning through deployment and post-launch supportServe as the primary escalation point for complex technical and application issuesPartner with business teams to identify needs and translate them into effective technical solutionsSupport reporting, analytics, and integrations using SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, and related toolsCoordinate with enterprise IT teams on infrastructure, networking, Active Directory, servers, and endpoint servicesLead stakeholder meetings, maintain documentation, and support IT budgeting and operational planningDeliver a high level of customer service while ensuring IT solutions align with business goals and operational needsQualificationsExperience supporting business applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and working directly with end usersStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SQL querying, reporting tools, and low-code platforms such as PowerApps or Power BIWorking understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including Active Directory, networking, servers, and endpointsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional meetingsExperience operating within or alongside a centralized enterprise IT environmentStrong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred experience with APIs, workflow automation tools, ERP systems, full-stack development, or industries such as manufacturing or constructionDemonstrated ownership, follow-through, and a collaborative, people-focused approach to IT leadershipIf you are an IT Applications Manager looking for a role where you can work closely with the business to support applications, implement solutions, and maximize user potential, apply today!Note: This position is onsite and only applicants currently living in New Hampshire or Massachusetts will be considered at this time.Salary Range: $100-130kATG456
