Bookkeeper And Office ManagerColorado Canyons AssociationWestern SlopeThis position is responsible for performing a variety of bookkeeping duties including supporting payroll bi-weekly, financial record keeping, account reconciliation, invoicing, grant reimbursements and other tasks as they relate to non-profit financial management. The individual will also be responsible for administrative tasks to support organizational operations. These tasks include, but are not limited to, HR and IT support, insurance management, and general office needs. This position will operate during the traditional work week but allows for flexibility with hours and scheduling.The desired individual will have advanced experience with QuickBooks Online and bookkeeping in the nonprofit setting. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, organized, and dependable.
