Job Title: Construction Supervisor II (LNG/LPG Facilities)Locations: St. Paul / Eagan, MN & Eau Claire, WIWork Type: Full-Time | Onsite (Field-Based)Position SummaryThe Construction Supervisor II is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities across multiple Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) and Liquid Propane Gas (LPG) facilities. This role ensures projects are executed safely, within scope, on schedule, and within budget. The position primarily supports the Westcott Plant in Eagan/St. Paul, MN, with additional responsibilities at the Black Avenue facility in Eau Claire, WI.This role requires strong field leadership, safety oversight, and coordination with contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders in regulated industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee construction implementation at LNG and LPG facilities, ensuring adherence to engineering designs and specifications.Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and inspectors to ensure efficient and compliant execution of work.Ensure all site personnel meet required training, operator qualification, and regulatory (including PHMSA) requirements.Provide daily safety oversight, conduct field observations, and partner with safety teams to address risks.Clearly communicate daily work activities and associated risks with plant operations teams.Ensure all required site, operational, and agency permits are obtained prior to work commencement.Track materials, collect receipts, and support financial reconciliation and budget tracking.Develop and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify scope and resolve field issues.Coordinate and document inspections per project requirements.Maintain accurate project documentation using standard templates, SharePoint, daily reports, and photographic records.Document and track design changes, field decisions, and associated approvals.Support full project lifecycle activities from project definition through implementation.Assist with project planning, milestone tracking, and change management processes.Provide status updates and reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.QualificationsRequired:4–8+ years of construction supervision or construction management experienceExperience in industrial or regulated environments (e.g., LNG, LPG, gas, energy, or similar)Strong knowledge of construction best practices, safety standards, and field coordinationProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a field environmentStrong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and make sound decisions in the fieldDemonstrated commitment to safety, including authority to stop work when necessaryPreferredBackground in construction management, engineering, or related fieldExperience with engineering/construction firms such as Burns & McDonnell, Jacobs, Black & Veatch, Michels, Snelson, Q3, or similarFamiliarity with SharePoint and project documentation systemsWork Environment & ScheduleFully onsite, field-based role at LNG/LPG facilitiesStandard 40-hour work week, with overtime as needed based on project demandsWork must be coordinated around plant operations, including peak vaporization seasonsRequired PPE includes hard hat, high-visibility vest, gloves, and safety footwearBoot allowance provided (~$75 one-time)Core CompetenciesSafety leadership and complianceProject planning and executionCommunication and stakeholder coordinationProblem-solving and decision-makingAttention to detail and documentation accuracyTime management and organizational skillsThe closing date for applications for this job posting is 4/20/2026.Should you require any accommodations in responding to this job posting or at any stage during the application process, kindly e-mail : xcelenergyprogramoffice@magnitglobal.comInterview ProcessInitial virtual interview (Teams)Second-round in-person interviewPay Rate Range36 - 49 USD hourly
