Infrastructure Program Manager

Job Title: Infrastructure Program ManagerLocation: SF Bay Area, CA (Hybrid – 3 days/week)Experience: 7+ YearsJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead IT integration efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role will drive Day 1 onboarding, infrastructure integration, collaboration tool migrations, and application consolidation while ensuring minimal business disruption.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end IT integration projects for M&A initiatives.Execute Day 1 employee onboarding, including hardware, identity, and access provisioning.Manage network and infrastructure integrations (VPN, SD-WAN, firewalls, DNS, Wi-Fi, VoIP).Plan and execute migrations for Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Asana, and other collaboration tools.Drive application rationalization, data migration, and SaaS consolidation.Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, vendors, budgets, and executive reporting.Partner with Corporate Development, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure successful integrations.Required Qualifications7+ years of Technical Project/Program Management experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, network, or operations.Experience leading cross-functional technical projects, preferably in M&A integrations.Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, security, and cloud environments.Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Asana.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Self-driven, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
