This role is ideal for a technically skilled designer who enjoys model development, coordination, and contributing to high‐quality project execution.Our Miami and Fort Lauderdale offices support projects across Florida and nationwide, including multifamily, mixed‐use, commercial, and institutional buildings.What a Day at EXP Will Look LikeLead BIM coordination and model development for architectural projects using Autodesk RevitSupport project teams with consultant coordination, schedules, and deliverablesPrepare and manage construction documents across all design phasesEstablish and maintain Revit models, templates, and workflows aligned with client and office BIM standardsCoordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and civil consultantsPerform clash detection and assist in resolving coordination issuesProvide technical support to junior staff and contribute to quality controlParticipate in client and consultant coordination meetingsAssist with construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and design clarificationsWhat Your Experience Looks LikeBachelor's degree in architecture or related field3-5 years of professional architectural experienceAdvanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural documentation and coordinationStrong experience in BIM coordination on multidisciplinary projectsSolid understanding of construction documentation, detailing, and building systemsExperience with multifamily, mixed‐use, commercial, or institutional projects preferredFamiliarity with Florida Building Code and zoning coordination is a strong plusExcellent communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills
