Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Crystal Lake, IL. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing quality care and support to clients in a home environment. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, coordinating and managing individualized care plans, and fostering a positive and respectful relationship with both clients and their families. The role may also involve documenting client progress, reporting changes in health conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in caregiving, home care services, or a related fieldAbility to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparationStrong organizational and time management skills for maintaining schedules and care plansEffective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and their familiesBasic knowledge of healthcare practices and the ability to monitor and report on client health changesValid driver's license and reliable transportationCertification in First Aid and CPR is preferredA compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor
