We are looking for a Project Manager, to join the Construction Services Department.The EHS Supervisor is responsible for leading day‑to‑day Environmental, Health, and Safety activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and standards. This role provides hands-on leadership, oversight of safety programs, incident response, and ongoing training to support a safe and compliant workplace. The EHS Supervisor partners closely with operations leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance.Required SkillsSafety & HealthImplement and maintain OSHA-compliant safety programs, policies, and procedures as part of the Safety Management System (SMS)Conduct regular facility inspections, hazard assessments, and job safety analyses (JSAs)Lead and/or support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action trackingCoordinates with outside agency services for health and safety training, education, and government compliance regulationsManage and track leading/lagging safety performance metricsProvide coaching and support to supervisors and frontline employees to reinforce safe behaviorsOversee the PPE program and ensure proper selection, use, and maintenance of protective equipmentCoordinate emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and severe weather responseEnvironmental ComplianceEnsure compliance with applicable EPA and state environmental regulationsSupport air, water, waste, and hazardous materials management programsMaintain environmental records, permits, manifests, and required regulatory documentation in accordance with ISO 14001 standardsConduct inspections related to spill prevention, waste storage, and pollution prevention practicesAssist with environmental reporting such as Tier II, TRI, and waste generation logs, as applicableTrainingDevelop and deliver EHS training programs (e.g., lockout/tagout, hazard communication, equipment safety, ergonomics)Maintain accurate training records and ensure all personnel meet required competenciesSupport onboarding orientations for new hires and contractorsLeadership & Continuous ImprovementLead safety committees, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiativesParticipate in audits and implement corrective and preventive actionsSupport continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing risk, improving compliance, and enhancing safety cultureRequiredRequired ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or related field; OR equivalent experience3-5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or related environmentStrong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulationsDemonstrated experience conducting training and leading incident investigationsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferredSupervisory or team‑lead experience.Professional certifications (e.g., GSP, ASP, CSP, CHST, OHST)Experience with ISO 14001 / 45001 or similar management systemsBackground in risk assessment, ergonomics, or behavior‑based safetyBilingual in SpanishPhysical RequirementsAbility to walk, stand, or climb for extended periods in an industrial environmentCapable of wearing required PPE including respirators, safety glasses, and protective clothingAbility to respond to emergencies on site, including outside normal business hoursWorking ConditionsCombination of office and plant/manufacturing environmentExposure to noise, temperature variations, and industrial hazards requiring adherence to safety protocols
