Data Center Infrastructure - Senior ManagerAI Infrastructure & Data Center TeamLocation: Hanoi, VietnamAbout the RoleVinSmart Future is building large-scale AI infrastructure and data center capabilities to support AI Platform, GPU Compute, Model Training, Inference, and Vingroup’s digital ecosystem.We are looking for a Vietnamese Data Center Infrastructure Lead / Senior Manager with international exposure or overseas data center project experience. This role will work directly with the SVP of AI Infrastructure and act as the bridge between international experts and local execution teams in Vietnam.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport planning, deployment, and operation of AI Data Center / hyperscale infrastructure projects.Work on data center setup: power, cooling, rack layout, network, cabling, facility readiness, capacity planning, and operational readiness.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, utility providers, infrastructure partners, and internal teams.Translate technical requirements from international experts into practical execution plans for Vietnamese teams.Support site assessment, power capacity review, cooling strategy, scalability planning, and operational risk evaluation.Track project progress, manage risks, prepare updates for senior leadership, and propose solutions when issues arise.Work cross-functionally with AI Platform, Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.Requirements8-10 years of experience in Data Center Infrastructure, Critical Facilities, Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Infrastructure, Network/Systems Infrastructure, or related areas.Hands-on experience in data center setup, build-out, migration, expansion, or operations.International working experience or overseas data center project exposure is highly preferred.Strong understanding of power, cooling, rack density, UPS, generators, cabling, network, monitoring, capacity planning, redundancy, incident handling, and vendor coordination.Strong communication skills; Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, risk management, and execution capability.Nice to HaveExperience with AI Data Centers, GPU clusters, high-density racks, liquid cooling, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or hyperscale compute environments.Experience working with NVIDIA, Dell, HPE, Supermicro, Cisco, Juniper, Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Equinix, Digital Realty, STT GDC, AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or major data center partners.Understanding of data center operating standards: uptime, redundancy, disaster recovery, SLA, security, compliance, and operational governance.Why Join UsJoin an ambitious AI Infrastructure / Data Center initiative from the early stage.Work directly with senior leadership and international AI Infrastructure experts.Play a key role in connecting global expertise with local execution in Vietnam.Build core infrastructure for Vingroup’s AI products and digital ecosystem.📩 Apply via:Email: v.hanhtt41@vinsmartfuture.tech For more information, please direct message me.
