Senior Electrical Engineer

We are currently hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to join a growing multidisciplinary engineering team! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineering professional with a strong background in building design, project leadership, and client management.Locations: Fort Myers, FL | Orlando, FL | Charlotte, NCJob Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (2 days onsite)Compensation: Up to $180K base salary + bonus + full benefits package (401k, healthcare, PTO)Key Responsibilities:• Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through completion• Manage project schedules, technical deliverables, and engineering teams• Serve as the primary client point of contact• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various projects• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and industry best practicesQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field• 10+ years of experience within an A/E consulting environment• Strong experience with power distribution, lighting, and building systems• Proven project management and leadership experience• Strong communication and client-facing skills• MEP / consulting engineering experience preferred• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) – Required
