He/she will be responsible for completing the daily duties provided to him/her by the supervisor. The custodian will be responsible for team cleaning and individual cleaning. Constant communication with the supervisor is key to making sure the duties are completed.Essential tasks:Conduct regular inspections of the assigned area.Follow job duties that the supervisor assigns.Cross train in different areas.Provide excellent customer service.Inform supervisor of broken equipment and fill stations that do not work properly.Duties that you could be asked to complete in the building you are assigned to:Sweep floorsMop floorsDustClean restroomsTake out trashVacuumDisinfect touch points and surfacesClean glass doors and windowsClean and polish drinking fountainsClean kitchens/break roomsSweep, mop stairwellsWipe down handrails in stairwellsClean and polish elevatorsKeep custodial closet clean and organizedYou will be provided a building specific schedule, however the above tasks are companywide and you could be asked to perform such duties at any time.Knowledge, skills and abilities:Must be self motivatedMust have positive attitudeAttention to detailOrganized skillsMust be able to manage timeMust have a desire to maintain cleanlinessMust be able to communicate effectively with the supervisorAbility to learn and properly utilize machines/equipmentPosition requirements:Full-Time/Part-Time - Part-TimeThis position is currently accepting applications.
