Position Overview We are hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to provide 1:1 in-home care in the Grand Ronde area. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable with hands-on caregiving, medical support, and consistent routines. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in:CaregivingCNA or home healthBehavioral health or developmental disabilitiesEntry-level healthcare (training provided) What You'll Do In this role, you will:Provide personal care and ADL support (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting)Assist with mobility, transfers, and physical supportSupport medication administration and tube feedingMonitor for and respond to seizure activity with calm, attentive careBuild a consistent, trusting relationshipEncourage engagement through music, art, and play-based activitiesMaintain a safe, structured, and supportive environmentDocument care and communicate with the support team About the Individual You'll be supporting an individual who:Enjoys music, creative activities, and interactive engagementCommunicates non-verballyThrives with routine, predictability, and simple choicesRequires hands-on physical and medical supportMay experience seizures, requiring attentive and responsive care This role is best suited for someone who is patient, observant, and calm under pressure, with a strong interest in caregiving or healthcare careers.
