Director, Fund Services OperationsProvides financial product support services with a customer-focused approach. Provides proactive and innovative solutions to customers. Manager of staff leaders for multiple departments, or manager of professionals who work on issues that require in-depth knowledge or specialized skills. Exercises wide-latitude to make decisions to achieve defined goals. Establishes operational objectives and provides strong tactical leadership. Coordinates with senior management or executives on critical cross-departmental or functional issues, removing barriers to operational success. Participates in the development and implementation of company policies. You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.How You Will Make an ImpactOversee all operational activities associate with new client onboardingWork with internal and external auditors to complete Sarbanes Oxley requestsAssist and lead departmental initiativesAttend and contribute to operational, client and regulatory meetings in order to maintain and improve client serviceProvide coaching, training and leadership as necessary to the Operations teamAct as an escalation point and problem solver for the team, ensuring action plans are implemented in case of any service issuesMonitor operational Key Performance Indicators and manage improvement plansDevelop culture of continuous efficiency improvements resulting in increased capacityRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance or related field or equivalent experience10+ years' experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services or related field (financial services/fund administration, corporate communications, portfolio management or securities analysis)Previous management experience is requiredStrong knowledge of financial services/mutual funds/hedge funds/private equity funds requiredExcellent communication skills, including written, listening and presentation abilitiesProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and relationship building skillsWillingness to travel domestically 25% to 50%SS&C Technologies offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and future. Actual base salary will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, prior experience, education, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Colorado: The expected base salary for the position is between $100,000 USD to $175,000 USD. Massachusetts: The expected base salary for the position is between $100,000 USD to $195,000 USD.
