The Internal Medicine locum tenens opportunity in New HampshireLocation: Lebanon, New Hampshire 60 miles from Vermont capital (Montpelier) and concord New HampshireDuration: May 2023 on-going (3 month potential for extension)Schedule: Monday Friday, 8a-5pPatient volume: 8-12 per day Scope: Inpatient work, 3 half days, doing inpatient geriatric consultations with focus on decreasing length of stay by identification and management of geriatric syndromes, polypharmacy, and goals of care. Coordinating consultations with dedicated RN and another geriatrician.
