About EZME EZME is a new coastal Mediterranean restaurant from the award-winning Bardea Restaurant Group, opening on Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware. With an intimate 50-seat dining room and an 8-seat bar, EZME is designed to deliver a refined yet energetic dining experience centered around bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality. We are building a passionate opening team that thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.Position: Chef  EZME is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cooks to join our opening kitchen team. Our menu is inspired by coastal Mediterranean cuisine, focusing on fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and precise execution.
